This policy applies to printed paperback orders. Our digital products, the ebook and the audiobook, are not shipped. They are delivered instantly to your inbox right after your purchase.

We ship paperback books worldwide.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all paperback orders.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after your purchase. You will receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

Delivery time

Delivery times depend on your location. As a general guide, most orders arrive within 7 to 20 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and not guaranteed dates. Delivery can take longer during busy periods or because of customs handling.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will include a tracking number in your shipping confirmation.

Customs and import duties

For international orders, your country may charge import taxes or customs duties. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local rules if you are unsure.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
